7.6/10 Good! (20 reviews)

The only thing good and accurate about the property was the location. The property was advertised as air conditioned both units were broken and despite three requests repairs were never made. Additionally a notice of insect extermination was left from the prior week. There were bugs in the bed in the bathroom and kitchen. The linens were not changed and ants got into luggage and toiletries. No price concessions were offered. I would not allow this property to post on the site. Communication was poor throughout. Additionally a watch was left at the property but was never found by staff.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (50 reviews)

Beautiful new hotel in the perfect London Mayfair location still close to Trafalgar, Soho. No nice grand entry, breakfast restaurant so so, rooftop bar neat. Biggest downside is so many rooms that just look out into another room very close by so we tended to just leave drapes shut for privacy which just feels wrong for a $2000 room

7.6/10 Good! (6,034 reviews)

"Good location but extremely basic. Empty room not even a shelf. Nothing to put anything on. No staff to check in you have to do everything yourself and kiosks not working correct. When you found someone they will start helping you on their tablet but not finish it and send you back to the kiosk. ..."
